Question marks (?)

                      1. Use a question mark at the end of only a direct question.

Example: The question is, “is it right or not?”

Example: The question is whether it is right or not.

                      2. Use a question mark to show uncertainty, mostly within
                         parentheses or brackets.

Example: This incident occurred many years (?) ago.

                  Apostrophe (‘)

                      1. Use the apostrophe for contractions.

Example: It’s the best strategy ever offered.

Example: We have designed this course and its contents for you.
                                                                                                      NOTE: “its” is also a
possessive pronoun and needs no apostrophe when used this

                      way.
